Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate on any disputes that arise out of or in connection with these TOS or your usage of the services offered by Fold.
