What’s New?

Fold Web app: You can now access Fold right from your browser! Head to settings then tap “Web login”, scan the QR code at view.money to access the web app! Explore, understand & manage your finances from a bigger screen.

Contacts: The You tab now includes a new row called Contacts, which stores your custom-created Payors, Payees, and all the associated transactions. Contacts can have a UPI ID, phone number, and a type (Friend, Merchant, Colleague, Family, or Relative). You can also quickly create a new contact by importing one from your phonebook. Simply tap "Import Contact" when creating a new payee/payor. This is a small step towards making Fold more social and connected with the people who matter to you. We hope you love our new update!

Passive Tracking: You can now choose to passively track accounts that you no longer actively use. These accounts won't impact your cash flow calculations, and their transactions won't clutter your main transactions list.

Transaction Groups: We've taken a significant step towards better transaction organization and tracking by introducing Transaction Groups. Update Merchants from the Tag Transaction Screen: From the very first day, our goal has been to enable you to add details to your transactions without any friction. Today, we're making it even more frictionless by allowing you to add and edit merchants from the Tag transaction screen itself!
