Assignment & Waiver

These TOS and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you. We may assign, in whole or in part, the benefits or obligations of these TOS, without requiring your prior consent.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, the failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy under these TOS will not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of any other rights or remedies, and no single or partial exercise of any right or remedy under these TOS will prevent any further exercise of the right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
