Known issues with Fold

Hey there! Thanks for checking out Fold. We're currently in beta and constantly working to improve the app experience. Below is a list of known issues with our current releases.

iOS

  • Auto Log-out: The app may log you out automatically when you reopen the app, without any action on your part. You will have to login again to use the app.
  • Restart App to Refresh: Whenever you refresh your data or the data refresh is in progress, you will have to quit and reopen the app for latest data to show up.
  • Connecting Accounts from ‘You’ Tab: Connecting and disconnecting bank account from You tab can fail sometimes.
  • Transaction Categorisation: F1, our in-house categorisation engine may fail to categorise and add merchant to some transactions.

Android

  • App Crash on Refresh: App might crash when data refresh happens while app is open.
  • Connecting Bank Accounts from ‘You’ Tab: Connecting and disconnecting bank account from You tab sometimes fails.
  • Transaction Categorisation: F1, our in-house categorisation engine may fail to categorise and add merchant to some transactions.
