Known issues with Banks

Account Aggregator is a new technology that is young and full of errors. Below is a list of known issues with AA that you may face while using Fold.

Issues in Connecting Bank Accounts: You may face OTP issues, account discovery issues when trying to connect your bank account. Also note that Account Aggregators do not support joint and current accounts, as of now.
Data may not be complete or accurate: We fetch the financial information from your bank, it is possible that your bank is providing us inaccurate/incomplete information.
Duplicate Transactions: In some cases it is possible that you may see duplicate transactions. Please do write to us if you face this issue.

Bank of Baroda	⭐️⭐️⭐️	Data refresh failures are very common.
Bank of India	⭐️⭐️⭐️	Data refresh failures are very common.
Canara Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️	Bank doesn’t send transactions’ time. Data refresh failures are common.
Federal Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Timestamps for transactions done around 12AM/PM may be incorrect.
HDFC Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Bank sends transactions with a 24 hour delay.
ICICI Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Bank doesn’t send transactions’ time. Doesn’t support data refresh on the weekends.
Indian Overseas Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	No known issues.
Indusind Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Bank doesn’t send transactions’ time.
Karnataka Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	No known issues.
Karur Vysya Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	No known issues.
Kotak Mahindra Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Account discovery works better after 9pm.
Punjab National Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Refreshes may fail if the data on Fold is already up to date.
Union Bank of India	⭐️⭐️⭐️	Data refresh failures are very common.
Yes Bank	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️	Bank may share 0 rupee transactions.
